Sabiduría Ancestral (Ancestral Wisdom) was born with the intention of compiling the stories, journeys and relationships of characters who live without time - in another world different from ours, whose temporal rules are different. A central part of this book is the ecological calendar: a calendar that takes into account not only the accounts of men and women, but rather cosmology, the knowledge that comes from the invisible, the very structure of the world.

At Selva Inmensa we believe in and support initiatives such as those of Mateo Sánchez, an artist and historian of the kabiyarí ethnic group. His book tells us stories of the jungle, its origins and the daily life of those who live there. Mateo lives in the community of Buenos Aires, on the banks of the Canararí River, a tributary of the Apaporis River.
With the support and work of a group of people, the first edition was published in 2024. It can now be purchased and this helps Mateo to continue sharing his writings and drawings. In his words: "This result fills me with pride and inspires me to continue publishing more books that allow us to share our knowledge with the world."
